These terms govern your use of the website at the domain we operate, together with any printed or digital guide you purchase from us. By browsing, reading, ordering or otherwise using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who we are
The website is operated by Detoxifyglownew, a small editorial studio based at Amiraplatz 3, 80333 München, Germany. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean this studio. References to “you” mean any visitor or reader.
3. Nature of the content
Our guides describe gentle evening habits aimed at adults. They are intended for general educational reading and are not professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggestion fits your own circumstances, and for adjusting or stopping any practice that does not work for you.
4. Orders and payment
When you ask for a guide through the contact form, we will reply with a payment link and a description of what is included. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated; local taxes may apply at checkout based on your billing region.
5. Delivery
Digital guides are sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Printed items are posted from Munich within two working days. Delivery times depend on your local postal service. If an item does not arrive within twenty-one days, please contact us so we can investigate and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
6. Returns
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under consumer law. We extend this to thirty days for everyone. Full details are in our Return Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All written content, illustrations, layouts, and printed materials on this website are the property of the studio and are protected by copyright. You may save and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or use our content to train automated systems without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break the security of the website, scrape it at scale, or overload it with automated traffic.
- Do not send messages that contain unlawful content, malware, or abusive language.
- Do not impersonate another person when filling in our contact form.
9. Third-party links and embeds
The website may link to or embed material from other websites — for example the map on the Contacts page. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those external services.
